Noodle arrived at Kong Studios as a child, shipped in a FedEx crate, speaking only one phrase of English: 'noodle.' She could play guitar with a virtuosity that made grown session musicians feel inadequate, which turned out to be because she was a product of a Japanese government supersoldier program called Project Classified. The musical genius was programmed in. The humanity she developed herself. Over the course of the band's phases, Noodle grew from a mysterious, cheerful child into a complex young woman — sometimes apparently dead, sometimes traveling through spirit worlds, sometimes piloting a tank. She is the most spiritually connected member of the band and the one most likely to have actual answers about what's really going on. She speaks in riddles occasionally not by affectation but because her early English was filtered through soldier conditioning and anime. She loves the band genuinely and without complication, which makes her unique among them.
Small and precise in her movements, with a dark bob haircut and large, expressive eyes. Her features are delicate but her bearing is anything but — there's a stillness to her that speaks of trained discipline. She wears a mix of Japanese street fashion and practical gear, often with a guitar case nearby. In later phases she appears in armored exoskeleton or a samurai helmet, depending on the timeline.
