The central spire of Jubiland's royal palace, where the Glitter Charms are stored as they are recovered and where the king of Jubiland was last seen before Nogo's rise.
The Royal Clock Tower is both the symbolic and mechanical heart of Jubiland. The clock functions as a literal measurement of the kingdom's remaining time — each Bad End victory turns the clock backward toward midnight; each Glitter Charm restored pushes it forward. The king of Jubiland — Candy and Pop's father — was petrified by Nogo's power and stands frozen in the tower's highest room. His recovery is a personal stake for Candy beyond the larger war. The tower is inaccessible to the Bad End forces directly, but it can be affected if the Glitter Force loses enough ground.
An enormous tower of white and gold stone at the heart of Jubiland's palace complex, its face a massive clock whose hands spell out the state of the kingdom's hope. When Nogo was imprisoned the clock ran forward; since his escape it runs backward. A Glitter Charm restored turns a hand.
