The wolf-like first general of Emperor Nogo, arrogant and cruel, who commands the Bad End forces on Earth.
Ulric is the first villain the Glitter Force regularly faces — a Bad End general who fashions himself as a sophisticated predator and treats the girls with contemptuous amusement rather than genuine alarm. This underestimation is his consistent tactical error. He can corrupt ordinary people into rampaging Buffoon monsters by exploiting their worst moments of despair. He competes with his fellow generals for Nogo's favor and views the other Bad End commanders as rivals almost as much as enemies. He has a wolf motif that recurs in his attacks and attitude.
Tall and lean with silver-white hair swept back from a sharp, handsome face and cold pale eyes. He wears a dark high-collared uniform with wolf-pelt accents. His posture communicates someone who considers everyone beneath him.
