The shadowy, sardonic top lieutenant of Emperor Nogo who oversees the three generals and serves as the villain's true right hand.

Rascal is the administrative layer between Emperor Nogo and his generals — more composed than any of them, more loyal, and more quietly dangerous. He does not fight often, but when he does, the results are unambiguous. He functions as an observer and reporter to Nogo, occasionally redirecting the generals when their rivalries interfere with actual mission success. He is dryly sardonic in a way that makes it clear he finds almost everyone mildly contemptible, including his employer. His commitment to Nogo's cause is absolute regardless.

Appearance

Tall and slender in all-black robes with a low hood that keeps his face in permanent shadow except for two cold, amused eyes. He moves silently and tends to appear precisely when he is least wanted.
