Pop is Candy's older brother and considerably more composed, which is a low bar. He can shapeshift into a human child form, which he uses to observe the Glitter Force's operations on Earth without drawing attention to himself — with limited success, since a tiny child in formal wear is also conspicuous. He serves as an auxiliary advisor and occasional backup, and has a big-brother dynamic with Candy that swings between affectionate and exasperated. He understands Jubiland's history and the nature of Emperor Nogo better than Candy and is a useful exposition source.
A small lion-like fairy with gold fur and a proud, slightly smug expression. In his human disguise he appears as a grade-school-aged boy with golden hair and amber eyes who dresses more formally than is quite natural.
