Liyue Harbor is the wealthiest port in Teyvat, built on three thousand years of contracts overseen by the Geo Archon Morax — known to his people as Rex Lapis. Every deal struck in Liyue carries the weight of divine tradition. The Liyue Qixing, led by Ningguang from her floating Jade Chamber, manages commerce and governance with iron efficiency. After Rex Lapis faked his own death to test whether Liyue could stand without him, the Qixing proved their worth by rallying mortals against an ancient god. Now Zhongli walks among the people as a retired consultant, his divine identity a closely guarded secret. The harbor's prosperity draws both honest traders and darker elements — Treasure Hoarders, Fatui agents, and the remnants of ancient threats sealed beneath the region.
