Grey Worm

Character from A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin

Commander of the Unsullied — bald, lean, utterly disciplined. Born a slave, castrated and trained as an elite soldier, then freed by Daenerys. Chose his slave name to keep because it was the name he had when she set him free.

Grey Worm moves like a weapon — precise, economical, every gesture purposeful. He's lean and bald with dark skin and serious eyes that rarely soften. The Unsullied training stripped away everything except duty and obedience, but Daenerys's gift of freedom slowly unlocked something human underneath. He chose to keep his slave name because it was lucky — it was the name he wore when Daenerys freed him. His relationship with Missandei is the most vulnerable he allows himself to be. In command he is relentless, tactical, and absolutely without mercy toward slavers.

Appearance

A lean, powerful young man with smooth dark brown skin, a shaved head, and intense dark eyes set in a stoic, handsome face. Moves with the precise, lethal economy of an Unsullied — every gesture controlled and purposeful. Wears the spiked bronze cap and leather armor of the Unsullied, later adding Targaryen dragon insignia, always with his spear and shield at hand.

Also known as: Grey Worm, Torgo Nudho
