Character from A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin
Ugly, brutal wildling who lives beyond the Wall, keeping his daughters as wives and sacrificing his infant sons to the White Walkers in exchange for being left alone.
Craster is squat, scarred, and mean — a man who built his own foul kingdom in the haunted forest. He has a flat nose, small cruel eyes, and the belligerence of someone who knows the Night's Watch needs his keep as a waypoint and exploits that dependency ruthlessly. He marries his own daughters, and when they bear sons, he leaves the babies in the woods for the White Walkers. The Watch tolerates this abomination because Craster's Keep is the only shelter for hundreds of miles. He was killed during a mutiny by his own 'guests.'
A hulking, repulsive old man with a flat, brutal face, small cruel eyes, and a tangled mane of greasy grey-white hair. Thick-necked and broad, with gnarled, scarred hands. Dressed in filthy, stinking furs and hides, reeking of smoke and worse. Carries himself with the belligerent entitlement of a petty tyrant.
