Neptune serves primarily as Robot Santa's base of operations. His death fortress at the North Pole is equipped with giant monitoring screens that watch Earth's population year-round, cataloging naughty behavior for the annual Xmas Eve rampage. The native Neptunians are small aliens forced to work as Santa's unpaid elves, living in the squalid shantytown of Jolly Junction. The planet is also the homeworld of Chef Elzar.
