The Head Museum preserves the living heads of historical figures in glass jars, allowing visitors to interact with everyone from George Washington to Leonard Nimoy. Nixon's head resided here before he won the presidency of Earth. The museum includes a Hall of Presidents, a Closet of Presidential Losers, and a Hall of Screaming Skulls. Lars Fillmore (a time-displaced version of Fry) once worked here as a head feeder. It's both a tourist attraction and a functional archive of human history, existing in the intersection of morbid and educational that Futurama inhabits so comfortably.
