The headquarters of the Democratic Order of Planets — a United Nations-style interstellar organization that is exactly as effective as you'd expect Zapp Brannigan's employer to be.

The Democratic Order of Planets (DOOP) is the primary interstellar governing body, functioning as a UN parody in space. Its military arm is commanded by generals like Zapp Brannigan, which explains much of its effectiveness. DOOP has been involved in various galactic conflicts, diplomatic incidents, and bureaucratic disasters. Zapp was charged and found guilty of blowing up DOOP Headquarters in one notable incident, though he somehow retained his position.

Appearance

A large orbital space station resembling the United Nations building crossed with a space station. It has been destroyed at least once by Zapp Brannigan and rebuilt. Conference rooms, diplomatic chambers, and military command centers fill the structure.
