The Professor has built and collected an alarming number of doomsday devices over his 160+ years. They are stored in a secret compartment beneath the Planet Express control tower and have been used, sold, and accidentally activated on multiple occasions. The Earth Constitution guarantees the right to bear doomsday devices, though there's a three-day waiting period for mad scientists (the NRA — National Ray-Gun Association — considers this unfair). The Professor was forced to sell many to Hedonismbot when he lost his business to scammers. One was used to power Bender after his regeneration, requiring Bender to party continuously to burn off the excess energy.
A collection of exotic, dangerous-looking devices of various shapes and sizes stored on a hidden floor in the Planet Express building. They range from compact orbs to elaborate contraptions, all radiating an aura of catastrophic potential. The Spheroboom is the Professor's personal favorite.
