Character from Futurama by Matt Groening & David X. Cohen
The head of the Robot Mafia — a cigar-chomping, fedora-wearing crime boss who runs New New York's underworld with his goons Joey Mousepad and Clamps.
The Donbot speaks in a slow, measured voice reminiscent of Marlon Brando's Don Corleone but more intelligible. He runs the Robot Mafia — which consists entirely of himself, Joey Mousepad, and Francis X. Clampazzo ('Clamps'). Three robots. That's the whole mafia. He is a loan shark who profits from criminal endeavors and frequently threatens robots who owe him money by having Clamps give them 'a clamping.' His wife Fanny had an affair with Bender, and his daughter Bella also slept with Bender at her sister's wedding — there are three things the Donbot hates: witnesses, anyone messing with his daughters, and attempts to duplicate his meatball recipe.
A round, greenish robot wearing a tilted fedora, a dark suit, and rings on every finger. Carries a cane and always has a cigar. His design evokes classic Italian mob boss imagery rendered in metal — think Don Corleone as a blender.
