Appearance

Alkahestric circles incorporate pentagonal patterns and kunai-like throwing knives as remote activation points. The transmutation energy travels visibly along the ground in glowing lines, following the flow of the Dragon's Pulse rather than drawing from tectonic energy.

What They Know

• Draws power from the Dragon's Pulse — chi flowing through the earth — rather than tectonic energy, making it immune to Father's alchemy-suppression
• Can perform remote transmutations by throwing kunai inscribed with circles, activating arrays from a distance
• Primarily used for healing in Xing, though it is equally capable of combat applications
• Scar's brother combined alkahestry with Amestrian alchemy to create the counter-transmutation circle that helped defeat Father
