Appearance

Tall and imposing with a muscular build, dark hair slicked back, a thick mustache, and an eyepatch over his left eye that conceals the Ultimate Eye — a red Ouroboros-marked eye that can read and predict all movement. Wears the decorated uniform of Amestris's Fuhrer or, in combat, dual swords with devastating speed.
