Character from From Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout
A white-furred wolven of rare gentleness who serves as Casteel's scout and becomes one of Poppy's most devoted protectors.
Delano is a contradiction — enormous and lethal in wolf form, sweet and almost puppy-like in temperament. His white fur makes him unmistakable on the battlefield, and his loyalty to Casteel (and later Poppy) is absolute. He communicates warmth through nudges and low whines in wolf form, and quiet steadiness in human form. One of the first wolven to accept Poppy without reservation.
In wolf form: massive, pure white fur, pale blue eyes — striking and unmistakable. In human form: fair-haired, lean, with a gentle expression that belies his size.
