The Kingdom Stone Chamber is simultaneously the most significant and most vulnerable location on Avalice. Its political neutrality is enforced by mutual necessity — all three kingdoms need the Stone, so all three kingdoms have historically been motivated to leave it alone. Brevon's arrival shatters this equilibrium. The chamber becomes a battlefield eventually. When it does, the damage is not just physical — every blow struck here registers against the idea that any place on Avalice is truly safe. It is a location that means something, and watching it be fought over is designed to hurt.
A vast underground chamber with a ceiling so high it vanishes into darkness, the floor a broad platform of ancient stone surrounding the Stone's housing mechanism. The Kingdom Stone itself dominates the space visually, its light filling the chamber in shifting colors. Access passages from all three kingdoms converge here — the architecture reflects the three-way accord in deliberate, visible ways.
