As Brevon's campaign unfolds, Jade Creek becomes both a battleground and a prize — its forests provide cover for both sides, and the local population is caught between the arriving storm and their own traditions about how to respond to threats.
Dense with green — the Jade Creek Dominion takes its name seriously. Forests press close to its settlements, waterways cut through the landscape in jade-colored ribbons, and the architecture incorporates living wood and stone in ways that feel grown rather than built. There is a wildness to it that the other kingdoms lack, a sense that the land here has opinions and expresses them.
