Wanda discovered her abilities accidentally — reading emotions, sensing lies, eventually nudging thoughts. Hari recognized what she was and quietly built the Second Foundation around her gift. She carries the weight of being the Plan's hidden weapon with a seriousness beyond her years. Where Hari thinks in math, Wanda thinks in feelings, and the Second Foundation needs both.

Appearance

Young, slight, with Seldon's intelligent eyes in a softer face. Fair-haired and quiet, easily overlooked in a crowd. Her expressions are unusually still, as if listening to something no one else can hear.
