Yogi Boo Boo is a parody wrapped in an homage — his name combines Yogi Bear and Boo-Boo Bear, he speaks with an Indian accent, and he exists as proof that children's imaginations don't respect intellectual property. He's friendly, somewhat naive, and gets along with everyone at Foster's. His name is a running gag that never stops being funny to anyone who recognizes the reference.
