Mac's neighbor and the actual creator of Cheese — the little girl responsible for unleashing the most chaotic imaginary friend in the show's universe.
Louise is Cheese's creator — a fact that was initially unclear because Cheese kept showing up at Foster's and attaching himself to Mac. She's a kid who imagined something simple and weird and then had to live with the consequences. There's a whole commentary buried in here about how imagination doesn't come with quality control — Louise didn't choose to create an indestructible dairy-obsessed force of chaos. She just imagined a friend, and Cheese is what came out.
A young girl who lives near Mac's apartment building. She's small, unassuming, and gives no external indication that she created something as fundamentally destabilizing as Cheese.
