A colony of imaginary fleas — yes, someone imagined fleas — who are hostile to everyone except Eduardo, the only resident they respect.
The Fleas are hostile, territorial, and distrustful of almost every resident of Foster's Home. The lone exception is Eduardo, who they obey and respond to with something like affection. Nobody knows why. Eduardo's ability to control them is one of his few sources of confidence — in a house where he's scared of everything, the fleas are scared of nothing except him.
Appear as ordinary fleas to the naked eye, but they're imaginary — created by someone's mind and given the temperament of their real counterparts amplified to eleven. They're invisible until they're on you, and by then it's too late.
