Bloppy Pants is nervous about everything in a way that makes Eduardo look brave by comparison. He's shy, easily startled, and speaks in a quiet voice that suggests he's always expecting to be told to be quieter. He's a background resident who perfectly captures the Foster's aesthetic: take a simple concept (a scared cat) and make it a person with feelings.
Resembles a grey tabby cat but larger, with oversized worried eyes and a nervous posture. His body language is permanently apologetic — ears back, tail tucked, shoulders hunched.
