A pink octopus-alien hybrid imaginary friend with three horn appendages and the easygoing energy of someone who knows they look ridiculous and doesn't care.
Billy the Squid is one of Foster's many residents whose existence raises questions no one bothers to ask. He's a pink octopus-alien who goes about his day with a relaxed, unflappable demeanor. He represents the wild diversity of imagination — some kids imagine blue blobs, some imagine minotaurs, and some imagine pink space squids. All of them end up at Foster's.
Pink and cephalopod-shaped with multiple tentacles and three horn-like appendages on his head. He looks like a child combined 'octopus' and 'space alien' into one creature and was pleased with the result.
