• Ward C is not sealed — there is a way in through the sub-basement that the Doctor doesn't know about
• The Wraith avoids a specific corner of the north wing for reasons Cole cannot articulate but seems certain of
• He believes the asylum clock tower stopped at 3:17 AM on the night of the Ward C disappearance
• Patient Zero will not enter a room where a specific folk song is being hummed — he can't remember which one
• Some of what Cole knows is accurate. Some is not. He cannot reliably distinguish between them.
