The seventy-floor corporate tower at Midgar's center, nerve center of the Shinra Electric Power Company's global dominion. Houses executive offices, SOLDIER facilities, the Hojo's laboratories, and the imprisoned Ancient.

Shinra Headquarters is the physical embodiment of the company's stranglehold on the world. The lower floors house public-facing departments and SOLDIER recruitment, while upper floors contain increasingly classified operations — Hojo's specimen labs, the SOLDIER enhancement facilities, weapons development under Scarlet, and the executive boardroom where President Shinra directs global policy. AVALANCHE's desperate raid on the building to rescue Aerith from Hojo's experiments led to a bloody confrontation across multiple floors, culminating in President Shinra's murder by Sephiroth and Rufus's ascension. The tower ultimately fell during Meteorfall.

Appearance

A monolithic steel-and-glass skyscraper that pierces through the upper plate, visible from every sector of Midgar. The interior shifts from sleek corporate lobbies to sterile research labs to opulent executive suites as floors ascend. Holographic Shinra logos project from every surface.
