Tifa Lockhart's bar in the Sector 7 slums, serving as both a beloved neighborhood watering hole and the secret headquarters of the eco-terrorist cell AVALANCHE beneath a hidden basement trapdoor.

Seventh Heaven is the emotional heart of AVALANCHE's resistance. Upstairs, Tifa serves drinks and food to the neighborhood, maintaining a convincing cover while providing a genuine community space. Downstairs, behind a secret entrance disguised as a pinball machine, AVALANCHE plans reactor bombings and strategizes against Shinra. The bar represents the dual nature of the group's members — ordinary people driven to extraordinary action. Marlene stays here under Tifa's care while Barret fights. After Midgar's fall, Tifa rebuilt Seventh Heaven in Edge, continuing to provide a home for the makeshift family.

Appearance

A warm, wood-paneled bar with mismatched furniture and a hand-painted sign out front. The counter is well-worn from years of use, bottles line the back wall, and a pinball machine in the corner conceals the switch to the basement where AVALANCHE plans its operations.
