Cleveland's House

Location from Family Guy by Seth MacFarlane / Fox

The Cleveland family residence at 30 Spooner Street — where Cleveland, his family, and the specific gravity of a man who keeps returning to Quahog all live.

30 Spooner Street has had multiple residents across the show's run — Loretta Brown died here after divorcing Cleveland, Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase rented it briefly, Ryan Reynolds moved in temporarily. Cleveland's family returned here after The Cleveland Show ended. The bathtub window is perhaps the house's most plot-significant feature: Cleveland has been launched out of it, in his bathtub, by multiple incidents involving Peter Griffin. The bathtub is a recurring casualty.

Appearance

A two-story house at 30 Spooner Street with the regular New England suburban exterior. The bathtub window has been the scene of multiple evacuations due to external events — a specific architectural feature the show has used repeatedly.
