Jake Tucker

Character from Family Guy by Seth MacFarlane / Fox

Tom Tucker's son, whose face is upside-down — a condition the show treats as entirely unremarkable and which functions as a running visual gag.

Jake Tucker exists primarily as a visual joke about Tom Tucker — the show's observation that a self-important anchor's legacy is a boy with an upside-down face. He attends school with Chris Griffin and has gotten Chris in trouble. The show briefly gave him sympathetic texture by noting that people use words like 'freak' about him and that he once wanted to audition for a TV show but was skipped due to his appearance. Tom promised to make their own show. This was resolved less thoroughly than it deserved.

Appearance

A teenage boy whose defining feature is an upside-down face — eyes at the bottom, mouth at the top. The rest of his appearance is normal teenage-boy attire. The show never explains this. Nobody in Quahog seems to find it notable.
