A solitary tower in northwest Liurnia, shrouded in mist. Where Ranni the Witch dwells in her doll body and recruits the Tarnished for the grandest conspiracy in the Lands Between. Three towers stand together — Ranni's Rise, Renna's Rise, Seluvis's Rise — but only Ranni's matters. The tower is tall and narrow, its interior sparse, furnished for function rather than comfort. At the top, Ranni sits — a doll animated by her spirit, four arms folded, wide-brimmed hat shadowing a porcelain face with one glowing eye. She speaks with cold authority about her intention to betray the Greater Will itself, to sever the world from the influence of the Outer Gods, to walk the path of the Dark Moon. Her servitors — Blaidd the half-wolf, Iji the giant blacksmith, Seluvis the puppet-master — attend from their respective posts. The tower is a staging ground for deicide, disguised as a witch's modest residence.
