Floating ruins suspended above a perpetual storm where time itself has broken. The ancient seat of dragonkind, where Dragonlord Placidusax waits in the eye of the tempest for a god who will never return. Reality frays here. Stone platforms drift in a void of lightning and wind, connected by bridges that should have collapsed centuries ago. Beastmen patrol crumbling corridors that exist in multiple times simultaneously — you can see the same hallway intact and ruined depending on which direction you look. The storm is not weather; it is the sound of time refusing to move forward. At the bottom of it all, in a space outside of time entirely, Placidusax sits — a two-headed dragon lord whose other heads were severed, whose god abandoned this world before the Erdtree, who has been waiting so long that waiting has become his entire existence. Maliketh guards the Rune of Death here, the final seal on mortality itself.
