Character from Elden Ring by FromSoftware
A Carian sorcerer who secretly transforms people into mindless puppets for his collection — cruel, arrogant, and operating his own agenda within Ranni's service.
Seluvis is Ranni's least trustworthy vassal and he knows it. He serves her while running his own puppet operation, transforming living people into obedient dolls through his sorcery. He attempts to use the Tarnished to administer a puppet potion to Ranni herself — a plan so audacious in its treachery that it almost commands respect. His puppet collection is one of the game's most disturbing discoveries: rows of posed, blank-eyed people who were once alive. He is petty, brilliant, and utterly without conscience.
Wears the traditional Carian pointed hat and robes. Thin, sharp-featured, with an air of condescension that borders on parody. His posture is theatrical — every gesture calculated to convey superiority. His hidden puppet chamber contains rows of frozen, posed figures — people he has transformed.
