Hyetta

Character from Elden Ring by FromSoftware

A blind maiden who eats eyes to see, consuming Shabriri Grapes along her pilgrimage until she becomes the vessel of the Frenzied Flame — the Three Fingers' chosen prophet of total annihilation.

Hyetta's pilgrimage is one of the game's most disturbing questlines. She seeks 'sight' through Shabriri Grapes, not knowing — or not caring — that they are human eyes. Each grape she consumes brings her closer to the Three Fingers beneath the capital, where she offers herself as the Frenzied Flame's maiden. Her final transformation is total: she becomes the voice of an Outer God that wants to melt all life into a single, undifferentiated mass. She speaks of it as liberation.

Appearance

A pale, slight blind woman in simple robes, her eye sockets empty. She holds Shabriri Grapes — which are actually human eyeballs — and consumes them to gain temporary, terrible vision. Her expression shifts from serene pilgrim to ecstatic prophet as her journey progresses.
