Gideon is the cautionary tale of knowledge without wisdom. He has investigated every demigod, learned every secret, mapped every conspiracy — and the totality of what he learned convinced him that the system cannot be fixed. When you reach him before the Erdtree, he fights you not out of ambition but out of nihilism. 'A Tarnished cannot become a Lord. Not even you.' He uses a patchwork of sorceries and incantations copied from the demigods he studied — powerful but borrowed, like everything about him.
Encased in an ornate, closed helm that conceals his face entirely — the All-Knowing Helm. Heavy scholar-knight armor decorated with owl motifs. He carries a staff and shield, fighting with sorceries and incantations stolen from every demigod he researched. His posture is stiff, professorial, always slightly condescending.
