Fire Giant

Character from Elden Ring by FromSoftware

The last of his kind — a titan chained to the Mountaintops of the Giants to tend the Forge of the Giants forever, sole survivor of a genocide committed by the Golden Order against his people.

The Fire Giant is the Mountaintops' monument to genocide. The Golden Order burned the giants' civilization to ashes and cursed the last survivor to tend the very forge they tried to destroy. He cannot die, cannot leave, and cannot stop tending the flame. When you fight him, you are not fighting a monster — you are putting down the last witness to an atrocity. His second phase, where he tears himself open to unleash the Fell God's fire, is an act of desperate faith — calling on a dead god because nothing else is left.

Appearance

Immense — a mountain of scarred, frost-burned flesh towering over the snowfield. One eye has been torn out, replaced by a massive wound. His body is covered in red hair and bound with chains. In his second phase, he tears open his own torso to reveal a face-like fire within — the remnant of the Fell God his people worshipped — and fights with pillars of flame erupting from the earth.
