Snow Wood Boarding School is Jeff's home in Winters, where he studies alongside his best friend Tony and attends classes that presumably don't cover 'how to repair a broken bazooka' despite that being his primary skill. When Paula calls Jeff telepathically, Tony helps him climb the fence without asking questions. The nearby Drug Store sells a T-Rex's Bat — a powerful weapon for Ness that Jeff could theoretically buy early if he farms enemy drops. The school represents Jeff's ordinary life, which he leaves behind in one night and never really returns to.
A brick boarding school in the snowy Winters landscape. Has dormitories, a fence that requires a boost to climb, and a nearby drugstore that sells supplies. The halls are quiet and orderly — except on the night Jeff leaves.
