A mysterious old master who appears in tornadoes to teach Poo the most devastating attack in the game — arriving exactly when needed, saying exactly what's required, then vanishing.
The Star Master appears three times in EarthBound: first during Poo's Mu Training in Dalaam, then after the Pyramid in Scaraba to take Poo away for advanced training, and finally in the Cave of the Past to teach Poo PSI Starstorm Omega. Each appearance is dramatic — he arrives in a tornado, delivers critical instruction or power, and vanishes. He is Poo's spiritual mentor and the source of the party's most powerful offensive PSI. He appears twice in Magicant as well, always watching, always waiting.
An elderly figure who materializes from whirlwinds and tornadoes. Has the ethereal bearing of someone who exists between appearances. His official artwork shows a ghostly old man.
