A giant sentient pile of vomit addicted to Fly Honey who enslaved the Mr. Saturns, created the zombies, and is exactly as disgusting as he sounds — one of Giygas's most esteemed minions.
Master Belch is responsible for the zombie infestation of Threed and for enslaving the Mr. Saturns in his factory at Grapefruit Falls to mass-produce Fly Honey, to which he is addicted. The party can distract him with a Jar of Fly Honey during the first fight. He later reappears in the Deep Darkness as Master Barf (though he says he changed his name to 'Puke'), where the Fly Honey trick no longer works. Poo arrives from his training with the Star Master and obliterates him with PSI Starstorm. He appears in Magicant as one of Ness's memories, saying 'You have destroyed my pride.' He is disgusting, ridiculous, and genuinely threatening — which is EarthBound in a nutshell.
A large, animated pile of green vomit. Has a face, sort of. Burps constantly — the sound effect appears in his battle theme. His clay model is inexplicably blue. In his second form as Master Barf, he's pink and even grosser.
