The Enchanted Mongoliensis Saddle is equipped in Mongo's torso slot, allowing Princess Donut to ride her pet velociraptor as the Royal Court's designated steed. Mongo — a Dungeon-generated pet acquired on the second floor — grew from a seven-inch chicken-dinosaur hatchling into a pony-sized predator roughly thirteen feet long, half of which is tail. The saddle enables mounted combat and rapid traversal of dungeon floors, turning the cat-and-dinosaur combination into one of the crawl's most iconic and viewer-beloved spectacles. As Mongo progresses through levels and gains abilities like the Earthquake Skill, the saddle keeps his rider secure during increasingly violent maneuvers.
