Donut's signature tiara — grants intelligence and sepsis attacks but permanently places its wearer in the Blood Sultanate's royal succession on the ninth floor.
The Enchanted Crown of the Sepsis Whore is a Fleeting, Unique tiara that Princess Donut received in a Legendary Quadruped Box for being the first cat to enter the dungeon. It grants plus-five Intelligence, plus-five to Good First Impression skill, and a fifteen percent chance to inflict the Sepsis debuff with any attack including magical ones. However, placing the crown on one's head permanently inserts the wearer into the Blood Sultanate's royal line of succession on the ninth floor. Removing the crown does not remove this status. All royal members must slay the Sultan and every other royal before descending to the tenth floor. Donut immediately equipped it despite Mordecai's warnings. The crown later found its way to Eva Sigrid, who hid it in her breastplate. When Katia killed Eva, the crown was placed on Katia's head — meaning both Donut and Katia must face each other before leaving the ninth floor.
