• The Peeling of Larracos begins when four factions remain — attackers need six hours in the throne room, defenders need a week.
• Stairwells do not open until Faction Wars is won or thirty hours remain before collapse.
• The Crown of the Sepsis Whore places its wearer in the Blood Sultanate's royal succession, creating a kill-or-be-killed requirement.
• This season features Team Retribution, an unprecedented NPC faction led by Ferdinand.
• The System AI expanded the playing field beyond normal size after flooding from the Gate of the Feral Gods.
