The technological and economic heart of Earth. Capsule Corporation's headquarters makes it the most important city on the planet by default. Traffic hums with hover vehicles and the streets are a mix of ordinary citizens and the occasional dinosaur (Earth in Dragon Ball still has casual dinosaurs). Despite being ground zero for multiple alien attacks, the city rebuilds remarkably fast — possibly because Dragon Ball wishes keep resetting the damage.
A sprawling modern city with a retro-futuristic aesthetic — domed buildings, elevated highways carrying capsule vehicles, holographic advertisements, and the massive yellow dome of Capsule Corp headquarters dominating the skyline. Clean, bright, and technologically advanced.
