World of Void

Location from Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama

An infinite empty dimension outside all universes — the stage built by the Grand Priest for the Tournament of Power, where eight universes fought for the right to exist.

The most high-stakes location in the franchise. Eighty fighters from eight universes fought here simultaneously in a battle royale where the losing universes were erased from existence by Zeno. The arena was designed with no ring-out barriers specifically to make elimination easy. The void around it is not just empty space — it's the absence of everything, a dimension that exists between realities. Android 17's wish to restore all erased universes was made here, making it both the site of the greatest destruction and the greatest mercy in the series.

Appearance

Absolute nothingness — a dark, featureless void extending infinitely in all directions. The Grand Priest constructed a floating stone arena within this void, surrounded by spectator platforms for the gods. The arena itself is a large, multi-tiered rock platform with no barriers — ring-out means falling into infinite darkness. Above, the godly spectators float on platforms watching.
