Location from Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama
The custom-built tournament ring where Perfect Cell challenged Earth's strongest fighters — a desolate stage for the battle that killed Goku and made Gohan a legend.
Cell broadcast his challenge to the entire world: come fight him or he destroys the planet. He built the ring to tournament specifications as a mockery — using Earth's own martial arts traditions as the framework for its potential extinction. The Cell Games took place here: Goku vs Cell, then Gohan's Super Saiyan 2 awakening, then Cell's self-destruction that killed Goku, then the final Father-Son Kamehameha that ended it. The crater where Cell self-destructed is nearby. Mr. Satan claims he won here.
A flat, raised square fighting platform built by Cell himself in the middle of a rocky, barren wasteland. White stone tiles. No spectator seating — Cell didn't build this for an audience, he built it for a stage. The surrounding landscape was blasted flat by the sheer energy of the fights. Camera crews filmed from a distance.
