Planet-sized Dragon Balls created by the Dragon God Zalama — capable of granting any wish without limitation, scattered across Universes 6 and 7.
The ultimate Dragon Balls — no limitations on what they can wish for. Zamasu used them to swap bodies with Goku. The Universe 6 vs 7 tournament's prize was a wish on these. Android 17 used them (via the regular Dragon Balls wishing to Shenron) to restore erased universes. Their existence implies that reality itself has a wish-granting infrastructure built in at the cosmic level. The wish must be spoken in the language of the gods.
Each sphere is the size of a planet — enormous orange crystalline spheres floating in space. The stars within are so large they're visible from orbit. Three exist in Universe 6 and four in Universe 7 (or vice versa). When gathered, they dwarf everything around them. Super Shenron, the dragon they summon, is large enough to coil around multiple galaxies.
