The most important item in Dragon Ball's combat economy. One bean restores a fighter from any non-fatal injury to full health and keeps them full for ten days. This means a near-dead fighter can be back to full power in seconds. The Z Fighters carry bags of them into every major battle. Goku famously gave one to Cell to 'make the fight fair' before sending Gohan in — an act of sportsmanship that horrified everyone watching. The limited supply adds real stakes — running out of Senzu Beans means injuries stick.

Appearance

Small green beans, about the size of a lima bean. Unremarkable in appearance. Grown in a small pot on Korin Tower. A single bean fits in a palm. The supply is always limited — Korin can only grow a handful at a time.
