A magical red staff that extends to any length on command — young Goku's signature weapon, inherited from his grandfather, that bridges Korin Tower to Kami's Lookout.
One of the first magical items in the series. Goku carried it throughout the original Dragon Ball as his primary weapon before he outgrew the need for weapons. The Power Pole's unique function is connecting Korin Tower to Kami's Lookout — it serves as the physical bridge between the two. Currently stored permanently in that position. Simple, elegant, and a reminder of the series' smaller-scale origins.
A simple red staff, about four feet long in its default state. Smooth, straight, and unadorned. Appears to be ordinary wood or bamboo but is indestructible. When commanded to extend, it lengthens infinitely with no visible mechanism.
