Item from Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama
Seven magical spheres that summon an eternal dragon who grants wishes — the most sought-after objects in the universe and the reason every adventure in this franchise begins.
The engine of the entire Dragon Ball narrative. Collecting all seven summons Shenron, who grants two wishes. The wishes have limits — can't exceed the creator's power, can't grant the same resurrection twice — but within those limits, they can revive the dead, grant immortality, or reshape reality. After use, they scatter across the globe and become inert stone for one year. Created originally by Kami, currently maintained by Dende. Every villain wants them. Every hero has used them. They've resurrected the entire population of Earth more than once.
Seven orange crystalline spheres, each about the size of a large grapefruit. Each ball contains a different number of red stars (one through seven) visible within the translucent orange surface. When all seven are gathered, they glow with golden light and pulse with energy. Between uses, they're inert and scattered randomly across Earth.
