The foundation of Capsule Corp's wealth and Earth's technological culture. Dr. Brief (Bulma's father) invented capsule technology, which miniaturizes and stores physical objects in portable containers. Cars, planes, houses, motorcycles, labs — all stored as pocket-sized capsules. This technology is so integrated into Dragon Ball's Earth that it's background noise, but it's arguably the most impactful invention in the franchise. Bulma carries a capsule case like a wallet, with vehicles and equipment for any situation.

Appearance

Small cylindrical capsules about the size of a medicine pill, with a click-button on top. Color-coded by contents. When thrown, they explode in a puff of smoke and release their stored contents at full size. The capsule itself is incredibly compact — an entire house fits in something you can swallow.
