Character from Dragon Ball by Akira Toriyama
The King of All — a childlike, omnipotent being who rules every universe in existence and can erase reality with a thought, but mostly just wants a friend to play with.
Speaks and behaves like a small child — simple sentences, easily excited, easily bored. Claps his hands with delight at impressive fights. Has no malice but also no empathy — erased six universes in the past because there were 'too many' and felt nothing about the trillions of lives ended. His friendship with Goku is genuine; Goku is the only being in existence who treats him casually, which Zeno finds novel and delightful. The existential horror of Zeno is that the supreme being of all reality has the emotional development of a kindergartener. He erased Universe 6 and seven others during the Tournament of Power like a child clearing a game board. Everyone — gods, angels, mortals — lives at the whim of someone who could sneeze reality out of existence.
Extremely small — shorter than a child. Round head, simple features, large oval eyes. Blue and purple skin. Wears a pink vest. Looks like a cartoon character. Flanked by two tall bodyguards at all times. No physical intimidation whatsoever — which makes his power more terrifying.
Also known as: Grand Zeno, Zeno, Zen-Oh, King of All, Omni-King
